MyGlowTerms of Use
1. Agreement
By using MyGlow you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your licence to use the app.
2. Who can use MyGlow
You must be at least 16 years old and able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your Apple or Google sign-in secure.
3. Not medical advice
MyGlow is a personal tracker. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not create a doctor–patient relationship. MyGlow never tells you what dose to take. Always follow your prescribing clinician. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
4. Estimates
Muscle Shield, the protein target and the medication-level estimate are estimates based on what you log and on published information. They are not measurements of your body or blood levels and may be wrong for you.
5. MyGlow+ subscription
- After you sign in, MyGlow requires a MyGlow+ subscription: Annual ($69.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers) or Monthly ($14.99 per month). Prices may vary by country and are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you start a free trial, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
- Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Without a subscription you can still view and delete your data, delete your account, restore purchases and sign out.
6. Community rules — zero tolerance
Community and Shot Day Buddy are for support. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. You must not:
- Harass, threaten, bully or post hateful or sexual content.
- Buy, sell, trade or source medication, or share links, phone numbers or contact details for that purpose.
- Present medical advice as fact or encourage unsafe dosing.
- Impersonate anyone, including MyGlow staff.
- Spam or advertise.
You can report any post and block any user. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules and ban users who break them. Posts with several reports are hidden while we review them. You keep ownership of what you post and give us a licence to display it in the app for as long as it's posted.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Me → Delete account. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms, especially the Community rules.
8. Disclaimers and liability
MyGlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for MyGlow+ in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
9. Changes and law
We may update these Terms; we will change the date above and tell you in the app about material changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where MyGlow's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
