MyGlow FAQ

Quick answers about the MyGlow GLP-1 tracker app: pricing, pills and injections, data and privacy.

What is MyGlow?

MyGlow is an iPhone app for people on GLP-1 medications. It logs doses (shots or pills), injection sites, weight, protein, water, side effects and mood in one place, with reminders, a medication-level estimate and a doctor report.

How much does MyGlow cost?

MyGlow+ is $69.99 per year with a 7-day free trial, or $14.99 per month. The app reminds you before the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial, and MyGlow sends a reminder before it bills.

Does MyGlow work for both pills and injections?

Yes. MyGlow supports injections and daily pills, on weekly, every-10-day, every-14-day, daily and custom schedules.

Which medications does MyGlow support?

Any prescribed GLP-1 or GIP/GLP-1 medication, including semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide and dulaglutide, as injections or tablets. You enter your medication and schedule.

Can MyGlow track injection sites?

Yes. MyGlow records the site with each dose and suggests the next spot in your rotation.

Does MyGlow send dose reminders?

Yes. MyGlow reminds you on dose day and shows a countdown to your next dose based on your actual last dose.

What happens if I pause my medication?

Use the pause phase: reminders stop, and your history and streak are kept. You can also switch to a maintenance schedule.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

You can still view everything you logged (read-only), delete entries, delete your account, restore purchases and sign out. Your data is never held hostage.

Does MyGlow sell my data?

No. MyGlow does not sell your data or use your health data for advertising, and there is no ad tracking. See the privacy policy.

Does MyGlow work with Apple Health?

Yes, optionally. MyGlow can read and write your weight in Apple Health.

Can I share my data with my doctor?

Yes. MyGlow creates a doctor report PDF with your doses, weight trend and side effects that you can share.

Is MyGlow medical advice?

No. MyGlow is a personal tracker, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose, treat or give dosing advice. Always follow your prescribing clinician.

Is MyGlow available on Android?

Not yet. MyGlow is for iPhone (iOS 17 or later).

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Me → Delete account. It removes your data and your account. See support for details.
